Russia’s Alfa-Bank denies rumors that owners want to sell
MOSCOW, Dec 11 (PRIME) -- Russia’s Alfa-Bank owners were never in talks to sell it, bank a representative told PRIME on Tuesday when the Financial Times reported quoting seven sources that the owners, including Mikhail Fridman, have discussed the sale with VTB and to Italy’s UniCredit.
“We are categorically denying rumors of our sale. We held no negotiations and we are not in any negotiations,” the representative said.
